YES. At any time, a Rep abuses his or her position either by extorting from the public or not being accountable in any way, such shall be terminated with immediate effect. After which, a general notice will be broadcasted notifying everyone in the community about the disqualification of such a person as a Volunteer. A letter of termination shall be issued, and such person(s) information removed from the database.
Every personal means of identification in possession of any disqualified volunteer becomes invalid immediately he/she is terminated.
Anyone found impersonating will be arrested and made to face legal charges.
It is against the organisational policy for any volunteer to give out their personal account details for donations/sponsorship. Every state is headed by a State Coordinator, who is appointed by the Board of Directors and placed in charge of all programs to be carried out in the states. The coordinators are also the leaders of every volunteer in the state.
