He is a community health facilitator and promoter of healthy living. In 2018/19, he coordinated many health sensitization and awareness programs in various Secondary Schools, Markets, and community gatherings in Anambra State. With his team of Medical and Health Community Development Service (CDS) Group, free medical outreach was organized in 2019 in Idemili North LGA of Anambra State, and about 250 elderly citizens were diagnosed freely of malaria, diabetes, and high blood pressure with free drugs issued. Mosquito nets were also distributed to various families.

Fidelis is a passionate teacher. He has taught at various levels of education ranging from primary and secondary schools. In 2019, he worked in school of Nursing and Midwifery, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Teaching Hospital as an Anatomy and Physiology tutor.

In 2020, at the heat of the Corona virus pandemic (Covid-19) he got an offer of admission to further his education to a second degree in Public Health. He carried out qualitative research in 2021 on Impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic restrictions on the mental health and general wellbeing of University Students, and various recommendations were provided from the outcome of the research. He is currently a master’s degree holder in Public Health (MPH). An associate member, Faculty of Public Health (FPH) England and member, European Public Health Association (EUPHA). As a Public Health scientist and Community Health enthusiast, Fidelis has great interest in health protection and improvement. He has also acquired an international certification in Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) ISO 22000:2018 as an Internal Auditor and food safety inspector.

For more than 17 years (2015 till date), Fidelis has been a children minister; building, teaching, and empowering children with the necessities for growth. He is a Christian, but his faith and religion has no restriction towards his care and love for the child. In 2018, his love and passion for less privileged children gave birth to iFeed Charity Network and he has since served as the President and Board Chairman providing less privileged children in the country, regardless of tribe, culture, and religion reasons to stay alive, giving them opportunities for quality education, good food/food security, medical assistance, shelter etc.
